1. What Roomico is

Roomico is a digital renovation workspace that helps users create AI-assisted interior concepts, compare variants and prepare renovation planning information.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access credentials and activity carried out through your account. Roomico may offer individual and business account profiles with different features or commercial terms.

3. Your photos and content

You retain your rights in uploaded content. By uploading photos or instructions, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use them and permit Roomico to technically process them only as needed to provide requested features.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated interiors are conceptual and may contain inaccuracies. They are not construction drawings, engineering advice or a guarantee that depicted dimensions, products, materials or solutions are technically feasible. Verify critical information before purchase or construction.

5. Credits and paid features

If Roomico introduces paid plans or generation credits, the price, included usage and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Credits are service usage units and are not electronic money.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Roomico unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, bypass security measures, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access.

7. Availability and changes

Roomico may develop, change or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security or provider changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Consumer rights and liability

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Transaction-specific information should be presented before any paid purchase.

9. Digital services, payments and withdrawals

Prices, included credits, scope and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider. Where the law grants a right to withdraw from a distance contract, the statutory rules and exceptions apply. Any request to begin delivery of digital content before the withdrawal period expires must be accompanied by the legally required express consent and acknowledgement, where applicable. Purchasing a package alone does not automatically waive statutory rights.

10. Your photos, AI output and planning estimates

Only upload images you have permission to use. You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You permit Roomico and its processing providers to use those materials as necessary to deliver the requested service. Generated images may contain errors and are illustrative rather than certified building documentation. Verify dimensions, structural work, safety, product specifications and estimates with qualified professionals before purchasing or renovating.

11. Complaints and contact

Users may send service, payment and refund complaints to info@roomico.app or use the Contact page. Applicable mandatory consumer remedies remain available; operator registration and business-address verification are still required before commercial launch.
